Welcome to Glo Society! The Glo Ritual membership is designed for those seeking a deeper commitment to consistent skincare, advanced treatments, and intentional self-care.
By enrolling in Glo Ritual, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Membership Includes
Each monthly billing cycle includes:
- One (1) Ritual Facial — 90 minutes or Platinum Hydrafacial
- One (1) personalized enhancement
- One (1) personalized finisher
- Two (2) 30-minute Recovery Rituals in the Wellness Suite, featuring infrared sauna, red light therapy, and whole-body vibration
- 20% off eligible retail purchases
- 30% off your first eligible retail purchase as a member
- 20% off eligible additional services and guest passes
- Access to exclusive member promotions and complimentary member events
- Annual birthday gift
Benefits are subject to availability and may be modified as the Glo Society program evolves.
Monthly Membership Fee
Glo Ritual membership is $299 per month.
Membership fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file on your recurring billing date.
A valid payment method must remain on file throughout your membership.
If payment is declined, membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is successfully collected.
Initial Commitment
Glo Ritual requires an initial 3-month commitment.
After the initial commitment is completed, membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
Rollover Benefits
Glo Ritual members may roll over eligible unused monthly services while their membership remains active and in good standing.
Rollover benefits:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be transferred, sold, shared, or exchanged for account credit
- May only be redeemed by the enrolled member
- Are subject to appointment availability
- Cannot be redeemed after the membership has ended unless otherwise required by law
Appointments
Membership does not guarantee appointment availability. Advance booking is highly recommended.
Appointments are subject to Sinta Skin's current cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies.
Membership services or credits may be forfeited when an appointment is missed or canceled outside the permitted cancellation window.
Discounts & Member Perks
Member discounts are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.
Discounts:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit
- Cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated
- Apply only to eligible services and retail products
- Are for the member's personal use unless a guest benefit is specifically included
Birthday Gift
The annual birthday gift must be redeemed during the member's birthday month unless otherwise stated.
Birthday gifts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for account credit.
Membership Cancellation
Membership may be canceled after completion of the initial 3-month commitment.
Cancellation must be submitted according to Sinta Skin's current cancellation procedure before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation does not provide a refund for previously processed membership payments.
Membership benefits remain available through the applicable paid membership period, subject to these terms.
Early Cancellation
Requests to cancel before completion of the initial 3-month commitment will be handled according to applicable law and any exceptions provided by Sinta Skin.
Refunds & Transfers
Membership payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
Memberships, monthly services, discounts, credits, and benefits are for the enrolled member and may not be sold, transferred, or shared unless expressly identified as a guest benefit.
Membership Changes
Membership benefits, services, operating hours, policies, and program features may occasionally change.
Any changes to recurring pricing or other material membership terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.
Acknowledgment & Authorization
By enrolling, I confirm that I have reviewed and agree to this Membership Agreement and authorize Sinta Skin to automatically charge my payment method according to my selected membership plan until the membership is canceled.
I understand that Glo Ritual requires an initial 3-month commitment and that eligible unused monthly services may roll over only while my Glo Ritual membership remains active and in good standing.
Rollover services may accumulate for up to 3 billing cycles. Any unused services beyond the 3-cycle rollover period will expire.
