Hi, I’m Jamie 🤍
I’m a licensed esthetician, beauty business owner, and founder of Sinta Skin in the San Francisco Bay Area.
My journey into beauty started after a career in graphic design. I wanted something that still allowed me to be creative while helping people feel good in their own skin, which led me to esthetics. I graduated from the Esthetics program at Skyline College in 2019, and not long after, After Glo Studio was born.
After Glo grew with me through so many chapters of my life and career. What started as my own treatment space eventually became a beauty collective where I could grow my clientele and give other women in the beauty industry a space to build something of their own.
After years of change, challenges, new spaces, and a lot of growth, I felt ready for the brand to grow with me too.
That became Sinta Skin.
Sinta means “beloved” in Tagalog, a nod to my Filipino roots and a reflection of what I want this chapter to feel like. Sinta is about more than skincare. I wanted to create a space where you can slow down, take care of yourself, and feel good from head to toe.
Along with customized facials and skin treatments, I’ve brought wellness into the experience with our infrared sauna, red light therapy, and other rituals designed to care for the whole body. My hope is that when you come to Sinta, you leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and a little more connected to yourself.
This shop is another extension of that experience, filled with beauty, skincare, and self-care products that I genuinely love, use, and feel good recommending.
